OSA-Recognized Student Organizations Events that require a “team or registration fee” and/or involve non-UWO students are subject to the rental rates. OSA-Recognized Student Organizations (not including athletic teams or Sport Clubs) and residence hall floors looking to host UWO Student-only programs and events may reserve the Rec Plex at no charge.

Charges will be assessed for these reservations.Įvents after or before the above operating hours are subject to the full hourly rate and additional staffing fees.Įvents may NOT be scheduled from 12am-5am Reservations may be made by campus and community groups to conduct camps, clinics, tournament, and other events. Other reservation requests will likely not be accommodated on weekdays, except during academic breaks such as Spring Break, Winter Break, and Summer Break. Rentals on Weekdays (Mondays through Fridays until 5pm) limited to:Īny times not utilized by the above groups will be transitioned to Open Recreation to provide students opportunities to utilize the facility. A 50% deposit may be required to hold requested dates.
Non-university groups may begin to reserve Rec Plex dates on October 1st for the upcoming November through May and on April 1st for the upcoming June through October. These policies are in addition to current UWO and Student Recreation Rental Policies.
